Re: [802SEC] final tally +++Un-conflicted EC motion #4 to determine Mark Klerer's unconflicted/conflicted classification+++closes not later than 5MAY+++

Paul,

If I interpret you statement correctly, Mark has not been added to the
unconflicted EC. Rather he has not been prohibited from the
unconflicted EC. I find this whole process terribly convoluted. I'd do
this myself, but I can't because I'm 'conflicted'.

Can some unconflicted EC member PLEASE make a motion to "add Mark Klerer
to the unconflicted EC"? It will either fail or pass, and then we will
at least know Mark's status.

Thanks!

Paul,

The motion was to NOT add him to the UC-EC roster. The motion
failed so I assume now classified as Unconflicted. If the motion had
passed he would NOT have been classified as Unconflicted, but of course
the motion failed.

Isn't that correct? Two negatives make a positive. I
personally would have worded the original motion without the negative,
since it is more complicated.

Dear EC members,

The final tally on the below motion is 2 Approve, 3 Disapprove, 1
Abstain.
Approve: Hawkins, Lemon
Disapprove: Jeffree, Rigsbee, Lynch
Abstain: Heile
Did Note Vote: none

The motion fails--the UC-EC disapproves "not adding Klerer to the UC-EC
roster". This leaves Klerer's classification as conflicted or not as
undecided. I am open to further motions enabling the UC-EC to resolve
this
matter.

 Regards,
