[802SEC] disbanding 802.5

Pat,

Thanks for volunteering to make the motion, but we may have to postpone the 
ballot.  After I posted the disband email, I was informed by SA staff that 
some 802.5 documents may not be withdrawn yet, they are still viable until 
the end of 2008.  If this is the case, we can't disband 802.5 yet.  I have 
the 802 staff liaisons, Mike Kipness and Kathryn Cush, checking in to the 
status of the documents for me.
