Even if you ask for conditional approval on Friday, it might be good to
ask for a PAR extension. With a conditional approval there is always the
possibility that the conditions might not be met. Or there could be a
problem in the RevCom review. You might as well have the extension in
place rather than having to scramble in November/December.

For 802.21 we current have a ballot in progress that ends during the
next week. We are currently expecting to ask for Conditional Approval to
go to RevCom at the Friday closing. However if for some reason things
don't go as expected, we would apply for PAR extension at Friday
closing.
