Dear IEEE 802 Working Group Chairs,

Denver attendees using automatic document synchronization tools setup  
to locally synchronize IEEE 802 documents with the remote Mentor  
server are having a significant and negative effect on our external  
bandwidth utilization. Please strongly encourage your members to  
exclusively use the local document repository (http://griffin.events.ieee.org/ 
) for downloading documents, and NOT to download any documents from (https://mentor.ieee.org 
).
