Mike,

According to my records, 802.18 approved a revised version of this  
document:
	3) 18-08-0048 - Further ECC UWB Consultation

It seems to me that the only version on your web page is the obsolete  
one.

I believe that 802.18 approved the version I've attached. Can you  
confirm?
