[802SEC] +++EC 5 Day Review+++ Letter to Chair of IEC TC 76

Dear EC,

During the September wireless interim 802.18 approved a document
regarding a potential conflict between two IEC standards (62471 and
60825-12) that appear to impact the work on visible light
communications. It is being sent to TC 76 asking to encourage them to
remedy this conflict. 

This document was submitted by 802.15 and approved by 802.18 with a vote
of 7/0/0. This document is being sent to you for the five day review
process.

The document is enclosed.

It will be re-formatted but the content will not be changed.

I propose that the EC comment period begins now and closes 29 September.
