Re: [802SEC] FW: Addendum 1 to Circular letter 5/LCCE/2 - Further information re the IMT-Advanced submission and evaluation process
Last week ITU-R WP5D finished everything related to the evaluation process documents. They will be reviewed/approved at the November ITU-R SG5 meeting which meets in Geneva the first two days of our plenary. To allow for presenting a clean version I will wait for the inputs for the SG5 meeting to be posted on the ITU-R website.
I will add a period on the 802.18 agenda to allow for a review of the final evaluation requirements. PM1 on Tuesday is when I propose to have the session but of course I'm open to suggestions from the EC.

Interesting. The letter speaks of inviting the formation of "idependent evaluation groups." Please explain the how such groups are formed and who is allowed to participate in those groups. I'm specifically interested in whether or not 802 members will be able to participate in those groups.
