Re: [802SEC] Plenary organization
I am in violent agreement with Steve except, perhaps, for the social. I
think that the social provides some valuable networking and cross-WG
communications opportunities, plus it provides a mild respite from the grind
of the week.
If some groups *really* need to gain evening hours, we could eliminate the
tutorials entirely (the material could be presented as PowerPoint
presentations on the 802 website).
Groups that have their closing plenaries and "finish" on Thu are also
missing working time on (Thu evening and) Fri morning until noon ... (.22
normally has a working meeting in AM1 followed by a WG closing plenary in
AM2).
