I agree with Pat about the change, it should be either "editorial" or
"necessary formatting".  The document couldn't be written as 802's
opinion until the EC ballot passes.

Also, in the second paragraph of the abstract, I would use "microphones"
instead of "mics", to be consistent with the usage in the document.
