Thank you for pointing out this text in the abstract. The Ofcom format for
submission of comments begins after the abstract. That format does not
include the abstract and which will be editorially removed prior to
submission to Ofcom.

I agree with Pat about the change, it should be either "editorial" or
"necessary formatting". The document couldn't be written as 802's
opinion until the EC ballot passes.
Also, in the second paragraph of the abstract, I would use "microphones"
instead of "mics", to be consistent with the usage in the document.
