Dear All, As you will recall IEEE 802 filed a Petition for Reconsideration in the FCC proceeding regarding the FCC's proposed rules for use of TV white spaces. The attached comments were filed in support of the use of wireless microphones. They disagree with IEEE 802's suggestion to raise the sensing threshold for wireless microphones. There is no action required on the part of IEEE 802 at this time.
