[802SEC] P802.16h PAR Extension Request

EC Colleagues,
The 802.16 WG has agreed to submit an Extension Request for the P802.16h PAR, which is set to expire at the end of the year.
To get onto the NesCom agenda, I've presubmitted the NesCom PAR extension request form:

At the closing EC meeting of 20 November, I expect to request forwarding of this request to NesCom.
