[802SEC] 802.21 Single Radio Handover PAR for consideration at Nov (Atlanta) Plenary

Dear EC Members,

Please find below link to a draft PAR and 5C on Single Radio Handovers Amendment 
developed by the 802.21 WG for consideration at the November Atlanta plenary

The submission deadline for the December NesCom meeting (Oct-19) occurs prior to the November 802 EC meeting.
Hence I intend to pre-submit these draft PARs to NesCom with the understanding that if the EC does not approve this PAR, it will be withdrawn from the NesCom agenda and if there are any changes to the PAR text during Nov plenary they will be communicated to the NesCom administrator following the November EC meeting.
