[802SEC] P1703 Standard for Local Area Network/Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) Node Communication Protocol to complement the Utility Industry End Device Data Tables

Dear Tony and Bruce,
I'm sitting in the NesCom meeting and it seems to me 802.1 and 802.11 should be made aware of a proposed P1703 PAR modification (see attached) for a WLAN Communication Protocol. The PAR modification was defered by NesCom.
Tony, Bruce, please review the proposed PAR modification and contact the project chair, Richard Tucker (richardaet@aol.com) if you need more information.
