Steve,
Two minor issues:
1. There are some typos that need to be cleaned up.
2. I have a slight concern that this does not clearly state whether its
focus is on coexistence solely for IEEE (or even just IEEE 802)
standards, or for all potential uses/standards of this band.
The preceding notwithstanding, I vote approve, with approval in advance
for cleaning up any editorial issues and for hopefully clarifying the
applicability.
