Re: [802SEC] +++ 10-day EC Email Ballot +++ Exec Secretary March T&L Funding

This motion closed on Saturday with the following tally:

VC	Pat Thaler APP
VC	Mat Sherman APP
ES	Buzz Rigsbee RECUSED
RS	James Gilb DIS
TR	John Hawkins APP
01	Tony Jeffree APP
03	David Law DIS
11	Bruce Kraemer APP
15	Bob Heile APP
16	Roger Marks APP
17	John Lemon APP
18	Mike Lynch APP
19	Steve Shellhammer	DIS
20	Mark Klerer DNV
21	Vivek Gupta APP
22	Wendong Hu APP
ME	Geoff Thompson ---
C	Paul Nikolich ---

By my count that's 11 approves, 3 disapproves, one recusal, and on no
vote. By the formula APP/(APP+DIS) >= 50%, this appears to have passed
(11/14 ~ 79%, give or take a sig fig). If that is not the correct
formula, I'm sure the chair will correct me.

As you are aware, many comments and reservations were lodged in this
matter. They are duly noted and the action is taken to deal with this
in a cleaner way going forward. I appreciate your concerns and share
many of them. I welcome your ideas - keep them coming please.

Thanks,

john
