[802SEC] Notes from 4/30/10 Rules Teleconference

Notes:
We reviewed the general comments Mat put out on the reflector and generally discussed the changes in documents:

Pat noted that while the rules permit the rules to be changed every plenary, she would prefer that changes be less frequent (on the order of once a year). She did not feel that additional changes in the rules are required to address this, but rather that people should behave reasonably and make efforts not to constantly update the rules.
Mat noted that he may make a motion at the next plenary for a reference to the WG P&P to be grouped with the other rules documents on our web page.
There were no other significant comments. People are encouraged to submit any comments against these changes to Matthew Sherman. Any comments received will be discussed at the Sunday rules meeting in July.
