Dear EC and RR-TAG,

Please find attached a liaison from ITU-R WP5A regarding "Mobile wireless access systems providing telecommunications for a large number of ubiquitous sensors and/or actuators scattered over wide areas in the land mobile service". Any response/input to WP5A's next meeting needs to be submitted by 1 November, hence we would have to complete them by the September interim.
