[802SEC] PAR modification for 802.15.4 revision project

Dear 802 EC members
In our recent letter ballot, we found some editorial mistakes in the 802.15.4 revision PAR. Therefore, we are submitting a PAR modification request for consideration at the closing plenary meeting under the 48 hour rule. 

The PAR is attached.

The vote in the working group was:
For 63, Against, 0 Abstain 0
Accordingly, we ask for the IEEE 802 LMSC Chair to place this item on the Sponsor agenda.
