EC Colleauges -

I have discovered that there is a further 802.1 PAR/5C that I should have
pre-submitted to the EC 30 days before this meeting, but I failed to do so:

Clearly, I am too late to meet the PAR submission rules for this week, so
please consider this as a very early PAR/5C pre-submission for the July
meeting. Expect a motion in the closing EC meeting in July requesting
permission to forward this draft PAR to NesCom.
