[802SEC] ITU-R Liaison regarding "MULTIPLE GIGABIT WIRELESS SYSTEMS IN FREQUENCIES AROUND 60 GHz"

Dear EC,

Please find attached a liaison from ITU-R WP5A regarding work that they are doing on "MULTIPLE GIGABIT WIRELESS SYSTEMS IN FREQUENCIES AROUND 60 GHz". IEEE 802 had made a contribution to ITU-R on this topic.

WP5A meets again beginning on 8 November 2011. Therefor any responses to WP5A would need to be received in Geneva by 16:00 UTC on 1 November 2011. Any work to develop a further contribution on this topic should at least begin at the July Plenary.

There was an error in an earlier email from the ITU-R. In that email they had sent a different document. This liaison is from their later email announcing the error and providing the correct document.
