For some strange reason, it took me almost two months to prepare the 
minutes from our closing meeting.  They are now posted at:
http://www.ieee802.org/minutes/2011-July/index.shtml

The approval of the opening and closing minutes will be on the consent 
agenda for our opening meeting in November, so please review them when 
you get a chance.

Also, I have updated the opening and closing reports for the meeting. 
However, I am missing the following:
Opening reports: 802.18 and 802.23
Closing reports: 802.1, 802.15, 802.18

Please send me the missing reports.
