?Consensus: Use current method of web link but ask James to use ?fixed
URL? for links that never change
Please note that you can create a fixed URL in Mentor per the
documentation which is located at:
https://mentor.ieee.org/etools_documentation/dcn/11/etools_documentation-11-0017-MENT-mentor-user-guide.pdf
** If you want to create a link that accesses the latest revision
automatically, you will need to delete the revision number from the link.
1. Locate the revision number from the DCN portion of the link.
2. Remove the revision number and extra dashes.
Example: (
http://Mentor.ieee.org/etools_documentation/dcn/11/etools_documentation-11-0014-00-MYPR-myproject-user-guide.pdf
) would be changed to (
