With the votes cast today, I believe I have approval votes from:

Bruce Kraemer
John D'Ambrosia
Tony Jeffree
Bob Heile
Roger Marks
Steve ShellhammerPat Thaler,
Subir Das,
Mike Lynch

and no disapproves/abstentions.

As the approves now exceed 50% of the voting membership of the EC, the
motion passes.
