I have updated my program here:

This is an access database that parses the f2f meeting assignment spreadsheet,  and generates an upload
file for IMAT,   and also an .ics file for upload to a meeting calendar (if you have one).

I have tested this with the new IMAT.     This version provides the location information to IMAT,  which is
displayed on mouse-over on the new IMAT interface.

Attention IEEE 802 Working Group Chairs and Officers

Over the past few months the SA Staff has been working with a few 802 Working Group members to enhance the IMAT application. We have gathered requirements, documented, planned, scheduled, and alpha tested the "new" 
IMAT application.  I am happy to announce that the team will be using the new features in a beta test during the Wireless Interim in Atlanta May 13
- 17, 2012.  IEEE Staff (Christina Boyce, Greg Marchini, and Jeric Newby) will be on site to ensure a smooth beta test.  Pending results from the beta test, our plan is to decommission the "old" IMAT in time for the July
2012 802 Plenary.

NOTE: During the 802.3 and 802.1 interim meetings in May (next week) these groups will continue to use the "old" IMAT application for attendees and will notice some new features for the Manager access.

The following link will provide you with the screen shots and functionality of the "New" IMAT application.

Some major improvements made to the "new" IMAT include:
- One application/one url for both manager and attendee access: 
        The url for accessing IMAT (both Attendee and Officer) will be
        No delay between meeting information update and attendee view
        Immediate updates to attendance information
- Manager Access enhancements
        All reports are now in one location
        "Delete All" breakout capability
        Meeting Room location entered will show up on attendee view
        Wiki for venue information 
        Ability to delete a meeting where attendance was logged.  Attendee will receive an email notification.
        All Officers (as entered in myProject) have read/write access to IMAT Manager
- Attendee enhancements
        Overlapping timeslots, if chosen will warn the attendee before continuing
        Affiliation confirmation screen added
        New look and feel
        New URL for access

The team will continue to work through the beta test next week and continue with a few more enhancements to ensure a successful Plenary session in July. Thanks to the team for moving this project along in a timely manner and giving 100% to the accuracy and success of the application.
