[802SEC] IEEE input to the June meeting of ITU-R WP1A

Please find enclosed a contribution from IEEE meant for the June, 2012 meeting of WP1A.  Doc. IEEE-02 is a contribution to ITU-R WP1A on Question ITU-R 236/1, "Impact on radiocommunication systems from wireless and wired
data transmission technologies used for the support of power grid management systems".

IEEE-02 is IEEE 802's first response to the "decides" in the ITU-R question. The scope of this input was intentionally limited to Decides 1 & 2. Further contributions will be made.
