Hi Bob,
  Is the corrigendum for the IEEE Std 802.15.4-2011, or for the errors in 
IEEE Std 802.15.4g-2012 and IEEE Std 802.15.4e-2012?
I would think you would need a separate Corrigendum for each document you 
are correcting?
Am I misunderstanding the goal?
