Dear EC membersI have attached the updated P&P for which I will be seeking approval during our closing session.
The changes from the version we approved in July (but not approved by AudCom) is summarized in:

The 802 EC approves the document IEEE_802_PandP_v11.doc as the IEEE 802 LMSC Policies and Procedures that will be submitted to AudCom for approval, with editorial changes allowed.
======I have also attached a comparison of the previously approved P&P and the proposed P&P.
