Subject: [802SEC] Proposed 5C

All

Based on the feedback from John D'Ambrosia, I worked out another proposal for the 5C (including the updated compatibility escape clause proposed by Ben Rolfe).

The idea is as follows:

14 CSD and 5C

14.1 Project process requirements
(ongoing work in the project)

14.1.1 Managed objects
14.1.2 Coexistence
(requirement is limited to wireless projects)

14.2 5C (no expansion, just 5C)
(bar to pass to get PAR approved)

14.2.1 Broad market potential
14.2.2 Compatibility
14.2.3 Distinct Identity
14.2.4 Technical Feasibility
14.2.5 Economic Feasibility

This keeps the market value of 5C, allows us to add more (5C doesn't mean 5 criteria) and keeps the process items separate from the pass the bar items.
