[802SEC] Forgotten Item from today's Agenda

I missed bringing a discussion/motion to the meeting today about the potential and timing of having an Opening Plenary Meeting at the 2013 July Plenary in Geneva.

 

I hope to get this topic into the AOB, but if we run out of time we will include it in an e-mail discussion and on the interim Telecon.
