[802SEC] notice of EC email ballot on approval of the Meeting Manager Contract
Dear Observers of the EC reflector,
The 802 EC is conducting a 10 day email ballot on a motion that contains
confidential information, hence the email ballot will be conducted via
private email exchange among 802 EC members.
The ballot opens today 02APR2013 and concludes 12APR2013.
The motion is:
Move to approve Meeting Manager Contract R8 and direct the Executive
Secretary, Jon Rosdahl, to obtain the necessary signatures and
processing IEEE procurement for execution by the IEEE.
This email shall serve as public notice of the private ballot. If there
are any comments regarding this motion, please send them to the EC
reflector prior to the ballot close. The result of the ballot will be
announced on the EC reflector.
