[802SEC] Draft document for review at tomorrows 802.18 teleconference re RSPG 5 GHz Consultation

All,

In preparation for tomorrow's 802.18 teleconference, I have used the 802.11 input to date on the RSPG consultation to an create an 802.18 document for review.


This is the baseline document, subject to further revisions by interested parties, in particular the 802.11 Regulatory Standing Committee.

The final document will need a cover letter for submission to the EU RSPG that Mike Lynch will draft.
