[802SEC] Power limits on End of Train devices increase, modifications to Part 90 rules

FYI,

 

AMENDMENT OF PART 90 OF THE COMMISSION'S RULES.   Amended the rules by increasing the power limit for end-of-train devices, modifying the trunking rules for private land mobile radio stations below 800 MHz, et al. by Fifth Report and Order.
