[802SEC] 802.15.4k submission to RevCom



All-

The conditions for conditional approval to forward 15.4k to RevCom have been met. The draft is being submitted for consideration at the June RevCom meeting.

The 802.15.4k Sponsor Ballot recirculation-2 has closed with the results of:
Recirc open: 2 April 2013
Recirc close: 12 April 2013
Ballots rcv'd: 5
Vote changes: 2
Comments: 4 (1 marked as must be satisfied)

Ballot pool: 138
Responses: 119 (86%)
Affirmative: 106 (99%)
Negative: 1
Abstain: 12 (10%)

The were no new no votes or voters. No changes are being made to the draft.  The only "must be satisfied" comment came from the IEEE coordinator, the comment being that this draft meets all editorial requirements.
