Subject: [802SEC] Forwarding of P802.1AS Cor-1/D3.1 to RevCom

EC Colleauges -

The first recirculation of this project closed on 05-May-2013 with the following results:

RESPONSE RATE
This ballot has met the 75% returned ballot requirement.

81 eligible people in this ballot group.

71 affirmative votes
0 negative votes with comments
0 negative votes without comments
3 abstention votes: (Lack of expertise: 1, Lack of time: 2)

74 votes received = 91% returned
                          4% abstention

APPROVAL RATE
The 75% affirmation requirement is being met.
71 affirmative votes
0 negative votes with comments

71 votes = 100% affirmative

There are therefore no outstanding Disapprove votes/comments, and there is no intention to change the recirculated draft (D3.1). Paul has therefore granted me permission to perform an EC email ballot on the following motion:

"EC approves forwarding of P802.1AS Cor-1/D3.1 to RevCom".

Proposed: Jeffree
Seconded: Thaler

The closing date is 31st May 2013 AOE; however, as per current P&P, I will close the ballot early as soon as sufficient responses are received to decide the result.

My vote is "Approve".

Regards,
Tony
