Dear EC,

In accordance with the 48 hour notification rule,

the attached document describes a one year PAR extension request for 802.11af.

In summary,

The (original) 802.11af PAR is due to expire Dec 31, 2013.

The group has obtained 94% approval within the WG and is just about to transition into sponsor ballot phase.

The 802.11 timeline predicts that the project will be presented to the EC in March 2014 for approval to submit to RevCom.

You will note that a conditional request to move to sponsor ballot is also on the EC agenda for Friday.
