Attached is the initial draft of the opening EC meeting slide deck.  Please review carefully as it covers many of the consent agenda items.  Please contact me with updates and corrections.

 

Also, for those chairs that did not send me a status on the items the EC will be taking formal action on at the closing EC meeting (e.g., study group establishment/extension, drafts to sponsor ballot, drafts to revcom and other documents that need EC approval such as press releases or liaisons), please send me your updated information.
