Dear All,
Further to my submission of the Spectrum Occupancy Sensing (SOS) PAR and CSD to the EC on Sunday, June 8th, I would like to inform you that since the
submission deadline for the August 2014 NesCom meeting (11th July 2014) occurs prior to the date of the July IEEE 802 EC meeting, I will pre-submit this draft PAR to NesCom on the understanding that: [a] Any changes to the draft PAR text resulting from the Plenary will be promptly communicated to the NesCom Administrator upon approval by the 802.22 Working Group
and the EC. [b] Should the IEEE 802 LMSC Executive Committee not approve the submission, it will be removed from the NesCom agenda. Thanks Apurva From: Mody, Apurva (US SSA)

In compliance with the 30 day rule, attached are a draft PAR and CSD for and the new Spectrum Occupancy Sensing (SOS) Project that the IEEE 802.22 Working Group wishes to start.
