At their most recent meeting ITU-R WP1C (Spectrum Monitoring) has decided to continue the work of some of its existing Correspondence Groups and to create others.
Additionally the former WP 1C Correspondence Group on Technical Identification of Digital Signals has been disbanded.
They have included details of how to participate in these groups.
At its June 2014 meeting, Working Party 1C has decided to continue the work of its existing Correspondence Groups on:
Spectrum Monitoring Evolution
The development of a PDN Report ITU-R SM.[PLANNING_SMN]
In addition, Working Party 1C has established at its June 2014 meeting the following new Correspondence Groups on:
The development of a PDN Rec. ITU-R SM.[STORAGE OF I/Q DATA] on a harmonized data format for the storage of I/Q data
The development of a preliminary draft new Report on measurement techniques and new technologies for satellite monitoring
The development of a preliminary draft new Recommendation ITU-R SM.[PRECISION OF TIME INFORMATION IN OUTPUT DATA OF MONITORING RECEIVERS]

Please note that the former WP 1C Correspondence Group on Technical Identification of Digital Signals has been disbanded.
Please note also that the Terms of references of the newly established WP 1C Correspondence Groups, as well as the documents related to the work of all the WP 1C Correspondence Groups will be soon available online at: http://www.itu.int/md/R12-WP1C-C-0119/en, as relevant Annexes to the WP 1C Chairman’s Report from the June 2014 meeting (i.e. Doc. 1C/119).
