[802SEC] New Liaison between IEEE 802.15 Working Group and the ETSI TC ERM TG11 (area: Wideband data systems)

Dear All:

A new liaison has been added under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the IEEE Standards Association and ETSI.  This liaison is between the IEEE 802.15 Working Group and ETSI TC ERM TG11 (area: Wideband data systems).
