The IEEE Standards web server has recently experienced higher than normal traffic, which has caused the Standards and Grouper sites as well as SA applications (Mentor, myProject, IMAT) to appear to be down or unresponsive. 

After analysis, we have made some modifications to our network to better handle how our servers respond to this traffic.  We are continuing to monitor and work to reduce or eliminate this problem in the future.

intermittent operation of Mentor.   It is not meeting the expectations of
