[802SEC] Withdraw P802.1ASbt

Colleagues,
 
It is proposed to withdraw the PAR for P802.1ASbt, as with the approval of P802.1AS-rev, the amendment PAR is no longer needed.  The explanation that we propose for the withdrawal is:

With the approval of the P802.1AS revision, the content of this amendment has been moved to be part of the revision project.  As a result, a separate amendment is no longer needed.

This is a maintenance action - i.e., pre-circulate up to 48 hours before the closing EC.
 
This is for consideration at the Friday EC.
