| Attached is the draft schedule for the November plenary. Kind review the day, times, meeting set up (size and equipment) and meeting name. Notify Face to Face Events if you find any errors. Deadline for corrections is October 22nd 12noon PST. Otherwise further corrections will be made onsite. Please note this is a draft schedule and room assignments are subject to change until approved by the hotel. We are tight on meeting space and multiple groups are sharing rooms. Any changes to your WG times must be brought to our attention immediately for approval, no WG has soul use of a specific room with the exception of the EC boardroom. Also we would appreciate knowing in advance if you are able to release space. Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday all day and Thursday morning are particularly busy. Thank you for time. Keep safe.
