The instruction when submitting a PAR under the PAR for a Corrigendum button states:
"A document that only contains technical corrections to an existing IEEE standard.”
Though I don’t personally agree with exclusion of editorial changes from a corrigendum and am not all that current about how close this is enforced, I know in the past I was forced to do amendmentsrather than corrigenda because of this limitation to “technical corrections”.
Both the title and scope raise a red flag by mentioning editorial changes, but better to get this right early than to get hit later.
