Re: [802SEC] Feb Conference Call Agenda-new item

Please put the November 2018 plenary location on the agenda.  I want to give an update on K-L and SuZhou and seek approval to proceed to the next step with the SuZhou Convention Center based on a worst case scenario. There will still be another opportunity after this, most likely in Macau, for the EC to say yea or nay.
