Re: [802SEC] Filing of comments on bands above 24GHz

15-138 is the original FCC DOCUMENT number, the not the FCC PROCEEDING number. The proceeding number is what is used to identify the right FCC database in which to file the comments.

Sorry for the confusion, but our .11 voters seem to prefer to refer to the document number in IEEE Mentor document titles and I didn’t want to change to avoid confusion among us as we responded to the proceeding.

John,

Could you please where the 15-138 came from?

Thank you.

Best regards,

Mike

Subject: [802SEC] Filing of comments on bands above 24GHz

Dear EC,

I filed the 802 comments on 14-177 this afternoon, see below.  I uploaded it to the 802.18 document repository at https://mentor.ieee.org/802.18/dcn/15/18-15-0072-08-0000-response-to-fcc-15-138.pdf

I looked for and found a Proceeding Number 15-138, but it did not have anything to do with bands above 24GHz, the 15-138 subject was "Transfer of Ownership and Control of Broadvox-CLEC, LLC to Onvoy, LLC ", so I filed it in Proceeding number 14-177, which I assume is correct.  If not--please provide the correct proceeding number Mike and/or Vijay.

Regards,
