[802SEC] 802.15 Officer Elections

Hi all-

There was only one candidate for each position:

Bob Heile was re-elected as chair (37, 0, 0)
Pat Kinney was re-elected as 1st Vice Chair (of Technology) (37, 0, 0)
Rick Alfvin was re-elected as 2nd Vice Chair (of Operations)  (37, 0, 0)
