On Behalf Of Paul Nikolich Dear EC Members, The next plenary session begins in a few weeks, therefore it's time for you to provide the EC approvals you expect to be requesting at the session: a)
establishment of new Study Groups, SG renewals and other pre-PAR activities First renewal of the “Wake-up receiver” study group b)
drafts to Sponsor Ballot P802.11aq conditional approval to sponsor ballot c)
drafts to RevCom P802.11 revision mc conditional to sponsor ballot P802.11ai conditional to sponsor ballot P802.11ah conditional to sponsor ballot d)
maintenance PARs I will be bringing P802.11aj, P802.11ak and P802.11aq for a 2-year PAR extension I will be bringing P802.11 (revision mc), P802.11ai and P802.11ah for a 1-year PAR extension. These PARS run out at the end of the
year. The P802.11, P802.11ai and P802.11ah are “safety only” extensions that would become moot if the projects are approved in the September RevCom/SASB meetings. e) press releases f) liaison letters g) regulatory communications f) etc.... I have asked for an agenda slot in the opening EC to talk about the dominance allegations made in 802.11, to receive comment on the proposed
process, and potentially to solicit offers of help from EC members. Please provide me and JohnD the information as soon as possible, it helps us prepare the opening/closing EC meeting agendas and gives your fellow EC members notice
