[802SEC] IEEE 802 Plenary - November 2016 Schedule Update

Re: IEEE 802 Plenary - November 2016 Schedule

Attached is an excel file of the current plenary schedule.  Kind review and immediately let us know if there are any further changes or errors.  The online version is posted at http://802world.org/attendee

The default input for the IEEE 802 projectors is VGA. If you do not have a VGA video output on your presentation computer you must bring a VGA dongle.

AV MANAGEMENT - PSAV and VeriLAN are managing AV equipment Disruption of AV equipment reported to the FTF Events staff at Registration & Information desk. 

LCD PROJECTORS - Verilan manages LCD projectors. Please note the following:

1. End of Meeting Day – Please Power OFF the machine

2. Completion of Session – Please Power OFF the machine and EMAIL IEEE@verilan.com

3. Projector Failure – Contact any Face to Face Events employee or send an EMAIL to IEEE@verilan.com
