[802SEC] Contribution to the ITU-T SG20 on behalf of IEEE 802.15

About a month and a half ago we received a question regarding 6TiSCH /
IETF activities in 802.15 from Sebastian Ziegler who it the
Rapporteur on Research and Emerging Technologies for the IoT
and Smart Cities, ITU-T SG20. In the email exchange that followed,
we were asked to make a contribution regarding a number of efforts in
802.15 to ITU-T SG20. We have prepared such a document which can be

This has been approved by the WG (23/0/0). Since this is coming
from 802.15 directly, we believe no further action is needed on the part
of the EC. If this is not the case, I would like some agenda time
this afternoon to approve the contribution
